Puppy Application – HerosLitter2021

 

NOTICE:  This form is closed.  We were blessed with an outstanding application early on and have filled the one remaining slot for a puppy from this litter.

As it turns out, the wait list for Emma and Ryder‘s HerosLitter2021 has room for one new applicant for a female puppy.  This is not surprising given the sheer length of time the folks previously on the list waited.  Future lists will NEVER get that long.

All that said, below is the application form for joining the list to purchase a beautiful female puppy.  Before you fill out and submit this form please note the following:

  • The application below is for the single remaining female puppy in HerosLitter2021.
  • This litter will be ready for pickup the second weekend in February at 9 weeks of age.
  • If your application is approved, you will be required to pay a non-refundable $300 deposit via credit card (we will invoice you via email and provide a secure online payment portal).  The only thing that would trigger a refund would be if we cannot provide the gender of puppy you have specified in this application.  Note that we only have ONE FEMALE puppy available at this time.
  • Applications will be evaluated by Terri and Bryan and a selection made based on the quality of the application and applicant from our perspective (which is essentially just what we read in the application).  Please be very thorough in your responses to the questions, especially the free form text fields.  All decisions are final and we cannot get involved with giving reasons why specific selections were made.
  • As soon as we have the one remaining FEMALE puppy is reserved, then this form will be removed/turned off.
  • Monitor the Wait list to see it’s progress.  We will only notify the selected family, the rest should see when the list is full online.
  • As always, Texas TLC Goldens reserves the right to choose a puppy for ourselves (first pick).
  • While we have sold puppies to really stellar applicants in rental properties such as apartments, townhomes and condos before, we give preference to single family homes with fenced yards.
