We are pleased to introduce Skye. She was born May 30, 2020. We drove to Northern Colorado to pick her up on July 25th and had her in our home on July 28th. She is an absolutely gorgeous girl that should grow into a very dark golden. She is energetic, inquisitive, intelligent, fearless and loving. She fit in from day one with River, Emma, Harley and Ryder (she LOVES playing with Ryder) and we are very excited to have her.
Her father (Tuck) is a champion Golden Retriever hunter and comes from a long line of champions. He’s a gorgeous boy that is so dark he’s almost red and weighs in at 75lbs. His hips and elbows are OFA excellent and is fully cleared for common DNA defects.
Her mother (Banjo) comes from deep Golden Retriever hunting champion roots, is almost as dark as Tuck and weighs in at around 65lbs. Her hips are OFA good and she is clear for common DNA defects by parentage.

- Skye is a DNA “Carrier” for Ichthiosis-A, but that matters not-at-all to you. It only matters to us and which sire we pick for her. See THIS ARTICLE for more information.
Skye should be ready to start being a mom in mid 2022 and we are VERY excited about the pups she should produce. We will of course get her DNA tested (we already know she will be clear) as well as hips before we get that started. In the mean time, she is our pet and lives a wonderful life with all our other dogs (and us of course).
